Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; tax number: 27294260-2-13; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A A/2. building; hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a public limited company incorporated under the Hungarian Capital Market Act CXX. In accordance with Article 54 (9) of the Act on the Capital Market of the Republic of Cyprus of 24 February 2001, the Company hereby informs the Honoured Investors of the amount of the share capital and the number of voting rights attached to the Company's shares as of 28 February 2025:

[1] All ordinary shares of the Company carry voting rights, however, according to § 3:225 of the Civil Code, the Company cannot exercise shareholder rights - and thus voting rights - with treasury shares, so the number of shares carrying voting rights and the total voting rights excluding treasury shares is 17,854,155 shares.
