Changes in the amount of treasury shares
The Gloster Infocommunications Public Limited Company Aktientársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A. building A/2; hereinafter referred to as the Company, Gloster) hereby informs the following to the Honoured Investors pursuant to the applicable laws, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets (Act on Capital Markets) and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Gloster Infocommunications Employee Share Ownership Program Organization (hereinafter referred to as MRP) as a result of a capital transfer has re-transferred to the the Company as Founder the 230th anniversary bonus granted to the Company for the implementation of the 2022/23 Employee, 2022/23 Executive and 2022/23 Minero IT Plans as set out in the Annex to the Company's Remuneration Policy. 120 ordinary shares of Gloster, taking into account that the conditions set out in the 2022/23 Employee, 2022/23 Executive and 2022/23 Minero IT Plans were not met. As a result, the total number of treasury shares of the Company increased to 552,405 shares, corresponding to 3.039% of the total shares issued.
