Changes in the amount of treasury shares
The Gloster Infocommunications Public Limited Company Aktientársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A. building A/2; hereinafter referred to as the Company, Gloster) the relevant legislation, in particular the Capital Market Act CXX. of 2001. Act on Capital Markets (Tpt.) and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, the the following information to the Honoured Investors.
Gloster Infocommunications Employee Ownership Program Organization (hereinafter referred to as MRP) as a result of a transfer of capital back to the the Company as Founder of the Company in accordance with the Company's Remuneration Policy 2022/23 Employees, 2022/23 Executives and 2022/23 Employee Share Option Plan as set out in the Annex to the 2022/23 Minero IT Plans 230,120 Gloster ordinary shares in consideration of the 2022/23 Employee, 2022/23 2022/23 Executive and 2022/23 Minero IT Programmes were not met. This brings the total number of treasury shares of the Company to 552,405 corresponding to 3.039% of the total number of shares issued.
