[1] The Company has all ordinary shares carry voting rights, however, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. 3:225 of the Articles of shares, the Company does not confer shareholder rights - and thus no voting rights and therefore cannot exercise voting rights, so that as things stand at present, the the number of shares with voting rights and the total number of voting rights excluding treasury shares. 18,169,035 shares.
