Majority owner and Chairman of Gloster Infokommunikációs Plc. Originally trained as a management organizer, he graduated in 2023 with an MBA from the WU Executive Academy in Vienna and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He founded Gloster in 2003 with the aim to show the world that domestic IT knowledge is world class!

Central to Gloster's growth is the exploitation of internal synergies following acquisitions and the development of organic international sales. But how does this work in practice? What concrete processes are going on behind the scenes? We will hear directly from the managers who make them happen on a day-to-day basis.

Péter Szilágyi , Gloster-P92 Ltd.

He is the Deputy Managing Director of Gloster-P92 Ltd. and Head of Software Development. He has been a software developer since 2004 and graduated from the Budapest University of Technology in 2008 with a degree in Computer Engineering.

László Földesi, Systemfarmer Zrt.

He is a co-founder of Systemfarmer, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Solution Architect. He specializes in helping businesses with digital transformation and increasing business value through the right use of business applications.

Gergely Éberling, Gloster Networks Ltd.

Over the past decade, Gloster's Head of Domestic Services has been exposed to many different segments of the competitive sector, working on the client and supplier side, with clients ranging from Hungarian and foreign mid-sized companies to global corporations. He has advised large international companies as an external consultant and has been involved in the IT process transformation of various organisations. He is fluent in English and French.

Last December, we raised our target price to 1,183 forints from 1,130 forints, and changed our recommendation to buy from the previous hold. As a positive impact of the transaction announced in 2023, we have raised our revenue expectation, but we are calculating lower margins than before as we see cost increases eroding it.
