REGISTRATION OF CHANGES TO SUBSIDIARY COMPANY INFORMATION WITH THE COMMERCIAL REGISTRY

Gloster Digital Group Public Limited Company ( Company Registration Number: 01-10-143270; Registered Office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.; hereinafter: the Company) hereby provides the following information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (“Tpt.”), Decree 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) PM on the detailed rules of disclosure obligations regarding publicly traded securities, as well as the General Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors of the following.

With regard to the companies operating within the Company Cloud business unit in which the Company holds a direct or indirect stake—Gloster Cloud Holding Zrt. (Company Registration No.: 01-10-143349; Registered Office: 1094 Budapest, Tűzoltó utca 31), Gloster Cloud Zrt. (company registration number: 01-10-143306; registered office: 1094 Budapest, Tűzoltó u. 31.); Systemfarmer Zrt. (company registration number: 01-10-049857; registered office: 1094 Budapest, Tűzoltó utca 31.) (hereinafter collectively referred to as: Subsidiaries) – in order to increase the efficiency of their operations and facilitate organizational integration, the following changes have taken place, the registration of which in the company registry by the Commercial Court was completed yesterday.

The registered office and central administrative office of all three subsidiaries is now:

The composition of the Subsidiaries Board has changed:

In addition to board members László Ákos Földesi and András Téglás, GlosterCloud Holding Zrt. will henceforth be managed by board members Viktor Szekeres and Péter Oszlánszki.

In addition to board members László Ákos Földesi and András Téglás, GlosterCloud Zrt. and Systemfarmer Zrt. will henceforth be managed by board members Péter Oszlánszki and Attila Ferencz.

These amendments represent another step toward the consolidation of the companies within the Company’s cloud business unit, as announced on August 15, 2024.
