Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A A/2. ép.; hereinafter: Company, Gloster) hereby informs its esteemed investors of the following in accordance with Section 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and Annex 4 of Decree 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) PM.

Equilor Investment Ltd. (hereinafter: Equilor) responded in its analysis published yesterday to the Company's 2022Q3 open order report published on Monday.

According to Equilor's analysis, the increase in order value shows Gloster's progress in line with its growth-oriented strategy: demand for IT services remains strong both domestically and abroad, providing a solid foundation for the Company's further growth. The order backlog is impressive, considering that the IT sector is characterized by seasonality: a significant portion of orders are traditionally realized in the fourth quarter.
