A/2. ép.; hereinafter: Company, Gloster) in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market.

Act (the "Act") and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs investors of the following.

Gloster on a stable growth path: financial performance expected to improve again in 2024 The forecasted growth in IFRS revenue and EBITDA is in line with strategic objectives

Based on the Company's preliminary financial data, Gloster Infocommunications Plc. of Gloster Infocommunications Plc. expects significant growth in both IFRS consolidated revenue and IFRS EBITDA in 2024.

The expected consolidated revenue under IFRS may range between HUF 13,300 and 13,450 million, which represents a 48-50% increase compared to the HUF 8,995 million revenue under IFRS in 2023. IFRS EBITDA may also increase, ranging between HUF 850 and 1,100 million, representing a 16-51% increase compared to the HUF 730 million reported under IFRS in 2023.
