The winning bidder for the HUF 5 100 000 000 public procurement is a subsidiary of Gloster

Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A A/2.; hereinafter: Company, Gloster) hereby informs its esteemed investors of the following in accordance with the relevant legislation and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

The Digital Government Agency Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DKÜ" or "Contracting Authority") for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the "Procurement of Mobile Phones (MTEL23)" was announced, Gloster's wholly-owned subsidiary, Gloster Networks Kft. (registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A. A/2.; company registration number: 13-09-202159; tax number: 13287041-2-13) submitted a winning bid as a member of the consortium.

The DKÜ conducted the public procurement procedure for the conclusion of the Framework Agreement on the National Communications and Information Technology Council, and the Digital Government Agency Closed Joint Stock Company and the centralized public procurement system for government IT purchases under Government Decree 301/2018 (XII.27.) (hereinafter: DKÜ Decree) for the purchase of mobile phones (MTEL23).

The total amount of the framework agreement is HUF 5,100,000,000 net, and its term is a maximum of 24 months from the date of entry into force.

The framework agreement does not guarantee automatic orders; based on the needs of the organizations concerned, each specific purchase will be put out to tender again among the consortia participating in the framework agreement.

Pursuant to Sections 131(5)-(8) of Act CXLIII of 2015 on Public Procurement, a 10-day moratorium period shall commence from the date of publication of the results of the procedure on March 6, 2024, during which time an appeal may be lodged.The deadline for submitting an appeal is 10 days from the date of the announcement of the results of the procedure.
