Gloster wins software development contract worth more than €700,000 from German Audi

Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A A/2. ép.; hereinafter: Company, Gloster) in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market.

Act (the "Act") and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs investors of the following.

Gloster wins software development contract worth more than €700,000 from German Audi

Under the agreement, the Company's subsidiary will further develop Audi's reporting system related to production. Gloster will carry out the development entirely with its own employees, without involving any subcontractors.

The contract extension is related to Gloster's announcement in the summer of 2022, as another long-term contract has been renewed. In the new phase, the old frontend will be replaced by a modern, web-based application, the development of which has already begun and is now being put into productive use. The switch to the web application will make the features available to even more users, which may also speed up the integration of older, outdated systems.

The strategy will be implemented

The project fits well with Gloster's strategy announced in spring 2024, which focuses on continuous growth in exports and regular sales revenue.
