Extraordinary information Regarding the Appointment of the Extraordinary information

The GlosterDigital Group Public Limited Company (Company Registration Number: 01-10-143270; Registered Office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.; hereinafter: the Company) hereby provides the following information in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (“Tpt.”), Decree 24/2008.(VIII. 15.) PM on the detailed rules of disclosure obligations regarding publicly traded securities, and the General Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors of the following.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gloster Digital Group Nyrt. – acting within the scope of his authority as set forth in the Company’s Articles of Association and the Board of Directors’ Rules of Procedure – has appointed Péter Csillag as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (Chief Executive Officer – CEO).

Péter Csillag joined Gloster in November 2025 as an expert supporting business development and innovation in the field of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technologies, bringing with him decades of experience in the international technology sector:He was a co-founder and former CEO of the data technology company Starschema, which he built into a company with over 250 employees and an international client base over the course of 15 years, before selling it to the global firm HCL Technologies for $42.5 million in 2022.

Based on the experience gained from the professional collaboration with Gloster over the past few months, management believes that Péter Csillag’s leadership and technological expertise can make a significant contribution to Gloster’s continued expansion into international markets, as well as to strengthening the company’s focus on data and AI-based technologies.

The Company hereby informs its esteemed Investors that, in view of the CEO’s activities carried out in the interest of the Group, he is entitled to acquire stock options under the terms and conditions set forth below.
