The GlosterDigital Group Public Limited Company (Company Registration Number: 01-10-143270; Registered Office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.; hereinafter: the Company) hereby provides the following information in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (“Tpt.”), Decree 24/2008.(VIII. 15.) PM on the detailed rules of disclosure obligations regarding publicly traded securities, and the General Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors of the following.

During a subsequent audit, the Company determined that its special announcement published on October 14, 2025, incorrectly reported a change in the Company’s holdings of its own shares.

Accordingly, the Company corrects the published data as follows:

As a result of a share transaction (securities lending) by the Viktor Szekeres Asset Management Foundation—a legal entity closely associated with a Gloster executive—the Company’s holdings of its own shares increased by 219,648 common shares, thereby increasing the proportion of Gloster’s treasury shares relative to the total number of issued shares to 1.25%.
