The new subsidiary in the Philippines is a key element of this strategy, which not only provides a wage cost advantage, but also gives the company the opportunity to export an even greater share of its advanced cloud and software technology solutions and to awquirenew international markets. The global IT outsourcing marketis growing at a compound annual growth rate of 10-15% which represents a further expansion opportunity for the Company.
