Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A. building A/2; hereinafter referred to as the Company, Gloster) hereby informs the following to the attention of the investors pursuant to the applicable laws, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets (Act on Capital Markets) and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
The Company will hold an Investors' Day on 15 May 2025 starting at 17:00, the exact details of which will be communicated to the Investors during April.
Gloster's Board of Directors will, contrary to its disclosure on 12.12.2024, present its updated strategic plan and the related new investor presentation at the Investor Day and will simultaneously publish it on the official disclosure forums and on the Company's website.
