Compared to the previous year, adjusted EBITDA grew by 18 percent, topping the previously disclosed range of forints.
The IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) profit after tax increased by 51%, despite the significant negative impact of one-off items, the recognition of one-off impairment losses on the Gloster ordinary shares held by MRP and the expenses related to tender obligations, which reduced the IFRS profit after tax for 2024 by a total of HUF 176 million.
Adjusted EBITDA increased by 18% to HUF 1.152 million compared to 2023 adjusted EBITDA, which confirms the stability of operations, but also indicates further efficiency potential. EBITDA calculated under IFRS rules was HUF 899 million, an increase of 23% (HUF 169 million).

Business sector performance
In 2024, the primary driver of growth for Gloster Infocommunications Plc was its Cloud business. The net revenue of the business unit, taking into account the effects of the recent merger, showed an increase of 122% compared to the previous year. This significant growth contributed to a substantial improvement in the profitability of the Group as a whole.
The International Software Development business also had a successful year, with revenue up 21% compared to 2023. However, the division's ability to generate results was negatively affected by rapidly rising labour costs due to competition for skilled labour.
The performance of the different business lines confirms the stability of Gloster's diversified business model, but also highlights the cost challenges in the technology sector.
