Other information - Changes to the product list

A Gloster Digital Group Publicly Public Limited Company (company registration no: 01-10-143270; registered office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.) 10.10.Digital Digital AG, located in Budapest, Hungary, is subject to the relevant legislation, in particular the Capital Market Act of 2001 (CXX. Act on Capital Markets ("Tpt.") and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange the Stock Exchange hereby informs the Honoured Investors of the following.

Issuer 28 April 2025 the Annual General Meeting of the Issuer held on 2025, decided - among other things - to change the Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyilvánosan Műműdő Részvénytársaság Gloster Digital Group Nyilvánilvánilván Műműdő Részvénytársaság, and to change its registered office to 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János u. 1/A. A/2. to 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.

The competent by order of the Court of Registration of 13 May 2025, Cg.13-10-042012/131, and Cg.01-10-143270/2. No. 202032 of 2023.

The Issuer may subsequently exchange documents initiated an exchange procedure in respect of the series of shares issued by KELER Zrt. to change the name and registered office of the Issuer of the Issuer. The changes have been transferred on 26 May 2025, the Issuer's shareholders have nothing to do with this.

The Issuer may also change the name of the the Budapest Stock Exchange Plc. in view of the change of name. the data of the Product List for its listed ordinary shares.  

The Budapest Stock Exchange Plc. 217/2025. with effect from 29 May 2025, the data of the Product List will be as follows.

The issuer shall also inform the investors and market participants that, following the name change, the the "Symbol" identifier ofthe share used in the Xetra trading system will remain GLSTR.
