Information on changes in the number of own shares

Gloster Digital Group Public Limited Company (company registration number: 01-10-143270; registered office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.; hereinafter: Company) hereby informs investors of the following in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (hereinafter: Tpt.), Decree 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) PM on the detailed rules of disclosure obligations relating to publicly traded securities, and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs its esteemed investors of the following.

In its extraordinary announcement published on 9 July 2025, the Company reported that the acquisition of P92 IT Solutions Kft.  (currently named Gloster-P92 Informatikai Kft.; registered office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő utca 2., company registration number: 01-09-307674, hereinafter: P92).

During the transaction, part of the purchase price was paid in the form of ordinary shares in Gloster Digital Group Nyrt, as a result of which the Company's portfolio of own shares decreased by 219,648 ordinary shares, thus changing the ratio of Gloster's own shares to the total number of shares issued to 0.041%.
