(VIII. 15.) PM on the detailed rules of disclosure obligations relating to publicly traded securities, and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs its esteemed investors of the following.

Budapest, November 27, 2025 – Gloster Digital Group Nyrt. (“Gloster” or “Company”) informs investors that Péter Csillag, an internationally recognized technology entrepreneur and investor, is joining Gloster as the Company’s Innovation Development Advisor.

His appointment is an important milestone in the implementation of the Company's growth strategy, particularly in terms of accelerating international expansion and strengthening its leading position in technological innovation, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud-based services.

Péter Csillag is one of the best-known figures on the Hungarian and international technology scene. He was the co-founder and former CEO of Starschema, a data technology company, which he built into a company with more than 250 employees and an international client base over 15 years, before successfully selling it to global HCL Technologies for $42.5 million in 2022. In addition to his entrepreneurial successes, he is an active angel investor, president of the Hungarian Business Angel Network (HunBAN), and one of the investors on RTL's show "Among Sharks." He has extensive experience in company building, scaling, entering international markets, and the latest data and AI technologies.

As part of his role, Péter Csillag supports the development and implementation of Gloster's innovation strategy, the strengthening of the innovation culture within the group, and the exploration of new markets with high growth potential. Furthermore, his work directly contributes to Gloster's international growth plans, particularly in the United Kingdom and the DACH region.
