The Gloster Digital Group Public Limited Company (company registration number: (company registration number: 01-10-143270; registered office: 1038 Budapest, Fürdő u. 2.; hereinafter: Company) in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market ("Tpt.") on the detailed rules on disclosure obligations relating to publicly traded securities, and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange, hereby informs investors of the following.

Járdán Tamás, member of the Company's Board of Directors, resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors on January 5, 2026. The Board of Directors of the Company decided to appoint Dr.

The Company's Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Tamás Járdán for his work on Gloster's governing body .

The Company also informs investors that, pursuant to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and the Company's Articles of Association, the the number of members and operation of the Board of Directors continue to comply with the provisions of the law and the Articles of Association, and thus the Board of Directors is able to perform its duties lawfully and without disruption.
