The winning bidder for the HUF 5 100 000 000 public procurement is a subsidiary of Gloster

The Gloster Infocommunications Public Limited Company Aktientársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A A/2. ép.; hereinafter referred to as the "Company, Gloster) is subject to the applicable laws and the General In accordance with the provisions of the legal and regulatory framework and the Budapest Stock Exchange Rules and Regulations, the Company hereby informs the Investors.

The Digital Government Agency Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DKÜ", or "Contracting Authority") for the "Procurement of Mobile Telephones (MTEL23)". framework agreement for the conclusion of a public procurement procedure for the conclusion of a framework contract for the Gloster Networks Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gloster Networks Ltd., 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A. building A/2.; company registration number: 13-09-202159; tax no: 13287041-2-13) was the successful bidder as a consortium member.

The DKÜ launched the procurement procedure for the conclusion of the Framework Agreement public procurement procedure for the National Communications and Information Technology Council, and the Private Limited Company Digital Government Agency and the centralised procurement procedure for government IT procurement (XII.27.) of the Government Decree 301/2018 (hereinafter referred to as: DKÜ Decree) for organisations covered by the Decree (MTEL23).

The Framework Agreement The total amount of the framework agreement is HUF 5 100 000 000 net and its duration is from last for a maximum period of 24 months from the date of entry into force.

The Framework Agreement does not provides for automatic orders, based on the needs of the organisations concerned specific procurements will be re-tendered on the basis of consortia participating in the framework agreement. 

Pursuant to paragraphs (5)-(8) of Article 131 of Act CXLIII of 2015 on Public Procurement 10 days from the announcement of the result of the procedure on 03.06.2024 moratorium period, during which an application for legal remedy may be may be submitted in relation to the procedure and its outcome.
