The winning bidder for the HUF 5 100 000 000 public procurement is a subsidiary of Gloster

The Gloster Infocommunications Public Limited Company Aktientársaság (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A A/2. ép.; hereinafter referred to as the "Company, Gloster) hereby informs the following to the Honoured Investors pursuant to the applicable laws and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

In the procurement procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the "Procurement of Mobile Telephones (MTEL23)", announced by the Digital Government Agency Zrt. (registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A. A/2. building; company registration number: 13-09-202159; tax number: 13287041-2-13) was the successful bidder as a member of the consortium.

The DKÜ launched the procurement procedure for the procurement of mobile telephones (MTEL23) for the organisations covered by Government Decree 301/2018 (XII.27.) on the National Communications and Information Technology Council and the Digital Government Agency and the Centralised Procurement System for Government IT Procurement (hereinafter: DKÜ Decree).

The framework agreement has a total net value of HUF 5 100 000 000 and a maximum duration of 24 months from its entry into force.

The framework agreement does not provide for automatic orders, and specific procurements will be re-tendered between the consortia participating in the framework agreement on the basis of the needs of the organisations concerned. 

Pursuant to paragraphs (5) - (8) of Article 131 of Act CXLIII of 2015 on Public Procurement, a 10-day moratorium period shall be opened from the publication of the result of the procedure on 03.06.2024, during which period a request for legal remedy may be submitted in connection with the procedure and its result.
