A Gloster Infocommunication Public Limited Company (company registration number: 13-10-042012; registered office: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Csonka János utca 1/A. A/2. ép.; hereinafter referred to as: the Company, Gloster) hereby informs the following to the attention of the Honoured Investors pursuant to the applicable laws, in particular Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets ("Act") and the General Business Rules of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Complex systems integration project with 10 thousand users for a project project for a large-scale
Gloster has won an IT systems integration contract worth HUF 780 million from a market customer as part of a major investment. During the project, the Company will build a 46-kilometre IT network with 1,060 active devices and provide complex systems integration services. According to the agreement, the expected completion date for the entire contract is the end of next year. With this contract, Gloster is implementing its largest systems integration project to date.
In implementing the system, which serves 10,000 users, Gloster not only sells devices, but also provides complex system integration. The project will be self-financed and Gloster will not use any additional external funding. To ensure on-time delivery, Gloster employs an efficient internal project management team to coordinate all details. The Company pays particular attention to quality assurance and customer satisfaction to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
This contract is not only financially significant for Gloster, but will also further enhance the Company's reputation and professional recognition. The successful completion of such large-scale projects will further strengthen Gloster's position in the market and demonstrate its capabilities in complex systems integration tasks.
